Absolutely first class service and post installation customer service from Scott. From initial survey to installation we had very clear communication, great attention to detail. With all types of technology there are always a few hiccups with software etc..but Scott was very quick to rectify and its clear that customer satisfaction is a core value that's at the centre of everything he does. Highly recommend Abbotrack Security.

Absolutely superb service from quote to installation. Scott listened, offered advice and kept me informed at every stage of the process. He speaks in plain English - not technical jargon - and was on time, sympathetic to the building, cleaned up fully and took time to explain the system in full. I honestly can't fault the service and would recommend Abbotrack to everyone, domestic or business. Five star service with many years of experience to back it up.

Scott was excellent. I hired him as a subcontractor to a larger job and he was so good from the moment I rang up! (found him on a Google search!) He even made direct contact with the site manager and arranged a site visit and then carried out the work to a very very high standard.
