Was having false alarms due to a poor battery in a pir and Andy came and serviced our alarm and replaced the main battery and a battery in a pir. Very nice guy and a very reasonable price charged. Sent Andy multiple texts and emails over a period of 6 months following his annual service and commitment to get me quotes for some new equipment, but he completely ignored me. Apparently he is busy enough and doesn’t need the extra work. That’s no way to treat a customer, and a very ignorant and unprofessional approach.Tuesday 20th August 2019
