Paul Harvey1 StarThe worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with, you cannot get to speak to any engineer if there is a problem, they do not attend when promised and will not answer your calls if you are chasing a site visit appointment that wasn't kept for the 10th time. If you want to waste your money and pay for a service you will not receive then employ adt if not give this large company a bypass you will not regret it.Tuesday 8th May 2018
David David1 StarI rang ADT for a price to replace my external bell box which had gone faulty and was quoted (Are you sat down) £250 per HALF HOUR + the new replacement box. This is in my opinion tantamount to robbery from the alarm company. I'll take my chances with the real robbers than pay ADT.Wednesday 7th March 2018
