DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY They offer FREE security alarms which I'm sure most of us would smell a rat straight away. Once inside you'll then be informed that it's actually £3700 which is as free as 1st stated. Anyway depending how vulnerable you are you might pay them a deposit £1000 and they will start work tomorrow. This is the bit that gets you. Because you agree to have it fitted before the 14 day cooling off period you also sign saying that they can keep a percentage if you do cancel £250. Anyway, Trading Standards and local police are aware. As for the reply from the company, I'm not a customer of yours. I am a neighbour of an elderly couple who you did exactly this too. I have spoken with you this morning so you know exactly who I am. And you also have the police log number which I gave you prior to your reply. Please protect your friends and family from this company. Also check the feedback left by other customers, all left at the same time and all after my review. Funny how all the people who reviewed your company, none of them have any history of reviewing on this site. They all reviewed your company the same month as each other and they all reviewed other companies at the same time. Check my reviews.

FANTASTIC SERVICE I was delighted to get a phone call offering a free security system. I was told the system was worth £1400 but i would have to pay some running costs. When i asked what they would be I was told that it would cost a small amount of electricity to run the system as it has a light on to deter burglars. I was also told that i would have to maintain the system in the future for example change the batteries ect. It was also explained that i would also have to pay for the monitoring. So i booked an appointment for the system to be designed, the young man that came around was very informative and designed my system specifically to suit our circumstances and because we have a big dog it was pointed out she would active the system. The young man also worked out our monitoring charges and rang to book a day for us to have the system installed. When the installation team arrived a week later or so, I found them to be very helpful and they explained how to use the system in a way that was easy to understand. They were very mindful that they were in someone else’s home and they cleaned up after themselves. Before they left they demonstrated how the monitoring company ring back by setting off the alarm which gave me some piece of mind. All in all i feel that I have had a great service from secure and safe i have a recommended them to our daughter. One other thing I will add is that my partner made the mistake of having the control panel in the airing cupboard in one of the bedrooms this against the advice of the installer. I would advise against having it in any of the bedrooms because the system speaks to you when its turned on and off and can disturb people sleeping. After a few weeks I rang the company to ask how much it would be to move the box and they told me that they would send someone around free of charge when they had someone in the area.

The team that installed my alarm were very efficient with the installation and the whole job went well plus they left the property clean and tidy very satisfied

Loved the alarm, the young man they sent was polite and explained everything about the alarm and when they did fit it they were tidy and I am very happy with the service I received.
