James patiently gave his time over the phone to talk me through various checks that I could do myself, to see if I could get my alarm working, without charging me a call out fee to send an engineer round. Due to an error with my bank, the DD for the ongoing sevice was cancelled incorrectly. As soon as this was noticed, Smart Install came out and installed a new SIM card and got the system back up and running within a couple of days.
Excellent service from James and Karl, and I would highly recommend this Company.

Arsene Wenger1 StarEvery thing fine until item installed, after that zero support, no customer service, nothing. My alarm went off randomly on Saturday, I called for help was told they would get back to me on MONDAY... so I am just left with blaring alarm!! No one got back to me on Monday either!!!
