I made contact for an alarm system service and was kept informed all week about appointment times and arrival information. When the engineer Tyler arrived, he was polite, respectful, professional, communicative and very good at his job. Our alarm has been serviced well, batteries replaced with both care and precision. Gavin and his team installed it and we were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Gavin was very helpful when we set up the app and explained to us clearly about how to use it. After installing the system Gavin has ensured that all privacy settings that we wanted were enacted and that the motion detection alarm settings were as we required. He has remotely checked that the system functions correctly both day and night. Gavin was extremely helpful in talking us through what we needed to do to stop the alarm from sounding and peace was once again restored. Despite it being a weekend, Gavin offered to try and help us resolve the problem over the phone in the first instance, thus saving us from incurring a call out charge.
